Alexander has over 15 years of experience at Ernst & Young and Accenture, as well as managing a major transformation program within a company with a turnover of over 150 billion rubles. Alexander builds project offices and manages project portfolios so that businesses can see impact early on.

Alexander develops digitalization roadmaps that clearly outline business requirements, architecture, budget, and KPIs, and then personally oversees implementation: from technology selection and in-house development to integration and testing.
