Alina is a leading expert in IT, intellectual property, and digital asset law with over 12 years of experience in digital, fintech, and international IT law. During her career, she worked at Big4 consulting firms and also headed the legal department of an international crypto holding company comprising 18 legal entities.

Alina's expertise encompasses comprehensive legal support for projects at the intersection of IT and fintech, including crypto regulation, intellectual property protection, and international business process structuring. She has unique experience developing strategies for structuring crypto projects from a corporate and tax perspective, and assists with obtaining cryptocurrency licenses in the UAE and other countries.

Alina actively works with innovative projects in the fields of real-world asset tokenization (RWA), Web3 games, and NFTs, providing comprehensive legal support at all stages of their implementation. She develops legal mechanisms for protecting digital asset rights, participates in structuring international cryptocurrency processes, and helps clients adapt to the rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
