Andrey has extensive experience managing technological transformations at international consulting firms Accenture and Deloitte. He has led projects for leading banks, insurance companies, industrial and government organizations, implementing comprehensive digital business transformation initiatives.

His key areas of work include developing IT architectures and operating models in the financial sector, building data management and privacy strategies in accordance with international standards, and launching data platforms and generative AI solutions based on modern cloud technologies (GCP, AWS), MLOps, and DevOps.

Andrey has participated in projects to transform contact centers into business-as-usual (BPO) businesses, create digital products for government agencies, and implement a product-based approach in IT, including large-scale agile transformations involving hundreds of teams.

Andrey's portfolio includes projects valued at up to $10 million, including the implementation of AI platforms and omnichannel solutions. He has successfully delivered over 20 large-scale IT initiatives for Tier-1 clients in the Middle East and Russia, enjoys the trust of international teams, and actively shares his expertise as an internal trainer and mentor on AI and digital transformation.
