At Yandex 360, Voislav rose through the ranks from product marketer to head of acquisition and revenue in the SMB segment. He doubled revenue from marketing channels in one year, launched a proprietary tool for instantly launching promotions within products (Yandex Mail, Yandex Disk), assembled a team of 40 marketing technology specialists (CRM, CMS, promotional tools), and has been responsible for overall revenue in the company's SMB business since 2025.
